TF Soya Plus (formerly No. 2 Soya)
Suitable for any horse that requires higher protein levels in order to gain condition.
No 2 + Soya is an appetising meal-style feed that is ideal for a range of horses, including young growing horses, mares feeding foals, polo horses, spelling racehorses and any horse that needs building back up after illness or weight loss for any reason.
A higher protein medium energy conditioning all-purpose feed, No 2 + Soya does not include a vitamin and trace mineral premix, but is designed to be used as a base mix. Additional grain, fibre and vitamin/mineral supplements can be added to the feed to suit the requirements of each individual horse. Because of this, No 2 + Soya is an extremely versatile feed that can also be fed to ruminant animals including cattle, sheep and goats which makes it a flexible feed for use on lifestyle blocks.

AlleviateC SOS is for horses seriously affected by their pasture grass. Everything from sore feet to head-shaking.
The best results have been observed when it has been used in conjunction with GrazeEzy along with our other recommended diet adjustments. See the ProvideIt Plan
For acute problems remove the horse from ALL green, grass until he is back to normal, then gradually and carefully reintroduce grass again.
It is necessary to lower potassium intake by immediately removing from the horse’s diet:
· short, green, growing grass
· legumes like clover and lucerne
· soy-based feeds and protein meals
· molassed feeds
All of the above add to your horse’s potassium load and make it harder for his system to keep vital minerals in balance.
He will still be ingesting plenty of potassium (more than his daily requirement) from his 24/7 hay
SOS can be dissolved in water and syringed orally

NPC Health Electrolytes
Electrolytes for horses is a horse supplement especially formulated to replenish lost salts in sweating horses and those working in hot conditions.
Electrolytes work by replacing lost salts in sweat, which also drives the thirst response, the horse will feel thirsty and drink. Therefore, will also rehydrate.
The combination of electrolytes and water therefore restores body balance and quickly aids recovery in your horse.
Electrolytes are recommended in hot weather conditions and after sweating has taken place.
Always ensure access to water after administering and never provide electrolytes then ride or travel without ensuring your horse drinks.
Electrolytes without water will cause dehydration. The horse must drink some time after electrolytes are given.
Electrolytes for horses consist of Sodium, Chloride, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium. which are lost in sweat and should be replaced after sweating has taken place.
By replenishing salts after sweating homeostasis (body balance) can be restored.
The sequence: RESTORE, replace lost salts. This drives the thirst response encourages drinking for HYDRATION.
The rebalance of electrolytes will RECHARGE your horse!
Electrolytes therefore help to; RESTORE, RE-HYDRATE, RECHARGE!
Horses lose more than salt (sodium and chloride) in sweat and in particular heavy sweating horses in hot conditions.
Ordinary salt can be fed daily (1 tablespoon per 500 Kg horse) but as sweating increases Electrolytes should be added in addition to your daily salt regime.
We recommend splitting feeds, so it does not become too salty into AM and PM feed where Electrolytes are administered after working the horse.
Always ensure water is available after feeding any salt product as Electrolytes will (also) make your horse extremely thirsty.

Suitable for ruminants – cattle, sheep and goats – that require supplementary feed to maintain or improve condition.

Made using New Zealand and Australian sourced ingredients, Economy Pellets are a perfect solution for the lifestyle block owner who is looking for the convenience of feeding a range of ruminant animals with just one product.
Economy Pellets are not a complete feed, but have been designed to meet the ruminant’s demand for extra energy at times when it is needed such as pregnancy or lactation, or when pasture availability or nutritional value is reduced.
Sheep, goats or cattle needing extra condition for any reason will benefit from Economy Pellets, and they are the ideal complement to hay during winter and summer months.

Horslyx Original Balancer
Sizes: 5kg, 15kg
Horslyx Original Balancer will balance any nutrient deficiencies in forage and grazing, helping to ensure your horse stays healthy and happy all year round.
When fed at the recommended intake level for your horse, Original Balancer can counteract nutrient deficiencies in grass and forage whilst also being cost effective and extremely low in starch. Feeding Original Balancer costs from just 47p per day when feeding a 15kg Horslyx Balancer at the recommended intakes for an average 500kg horse.*
Original Balancer is suitable for all horses, from those at rest requiring a low calorie diet to performance horse who may require additional supplementation to meet their nutritional requirements.
Horslyx Original was the debut Horslyx product back in 1997 offering horse owners the opportunity to encourage natural, trickle feeding patterns whilst ensuring the diet is nutritionally balanced for optimum health and condition.
All Horslyx Balancers are extremely low in starch making them suitable for horses which can react unfavourably to traditional cereal based diets.
Why should I feed Horslyx Original Balancer?
- When fed at the recommended intake level for your horse, alongside the correct amounts of good quality forage, Original Balancer removes the need for buckets of hard feed so is cost effective and will save you money.
- To provide a weatherproof feeding solution which is perfect for use both in the stable and in the field.
- There is no need to feed additional balancers and many horses and ponies thrive on a diet of just Horslyx and forage.
- Licking takes time and patience, which is perfect for horses that are stabled for long periods of time and can help reduce stress and boredom.
- Licking enhances saliva production, which helps support the digestive system.
- Perfect for older equines with poor dentition that struggle to eat hard feed.
Key Ingredients:
Linseed Oil: Linseed oil is rich in Omega-3 oil and can help in producing a healthy glossy coat, healthy skin and boost the immune system. A horse’s natural diet can be low in Omega-3 so horses often need an additional source to provide these essential fatty acids for optimum health.
Hoof Package: For optimum hoof support all Horslyx Balancers contain a hoof package. This includes Biotin, a water soluble B vitamin that is produced as a by-product of the breakdown of fibre in the hind gut, or must be provided by the diet. It has been shown in several studies to be essential for hoof health, however adding zinc, methionine and providing a full balanced diet is often found to be more effective than biotin alone.
Protein: Protein is important to all horses since it provides the building blocks (amino acids) required for muscle tissue synthesis. Some amino acids can be manufactured by the horse (these are called “non essential” amino acids) and some have to be provided by the diet (“essential” amino acids) because they cannot be produced by the horse.
Dunstan Sugarbeet Flakes is a natural feed, produced during the extraction of sugar from the root crop sugar beet. Dunstan Sugarbeet Flakes provides a rich balance of energy sources for horses and ponies. Energy from sugar is rapidly digested and used efficiently for work and performance.
Dunstan Recovery Mash
Dunstan Recovery Mash is a highly palatable Mash to assist hydration. Ideal for horses after strenuous training, travel or convalescing.
A low starch formulation.
Added Natural Vitamin E to support muscle function and immunity.
High fibre to contribute valuable fibre to the equine diet.
No added micro-minerals so can be fed in conjunction with other pre-mixed feeds.
Includes Melofeed®, a new age antioxidant, to support resistance to oxidative stress and recovery.
Melofeed®, a natural source of antioxidants, assists in maintaining cartilage integrity for joint health and also benefits equine muscle health by helping to prevent muscle lesions that may occur in horses in intense training.

HyGain TruCare
He is your BFF, you love him heaps and want him to be happy and healthy, but he is not as flexible as he used to be, he drops weight easily, especially in the cold winter months and his teeth have seen better days. Your horse is aging, a natural process, just like in humans.
We understand that our senior friends require special nutritional attention due to decreases in metabolic and digestive efficiencies that accompany the ageing process. We have taken these changes into consideration and developed HYGAIN TRU CARE®, which provides your horse with higher levels of nutrients that are essential to maintain joint health and mobility, body condition and general well-being.
We assist you in providing TRU CARE for your older horse.
HYGAIN TRU CARE® provides a balanced diet of highly digestible fibre, fat and carbohydrates along with essential vitamins and minerals specifically developed to meet the nutritional requirements of mature horse/pony (6 yo +) when in work, at rest or enjoying retirement.
HYGAIN®’s controlled moisture and pressure cooking process (extrusion) promotes highly efficient digestion and nutrient utilisation and improved feed safety. The extruded cube can be soaked in water, resulting in a mash that is ideal for horses with poor dentition.
Care should be taken to match feed intake to age, breed, appetite, exercise, desired body condition, pasture/hay quality and availability and climate. HYGAIN TRU CARE® should be fed in conjunction with quality pasture, hay, chaff or soluble fibre sources.

Perfect Mash 20Kg
WHY BENCHMARK PERFECT MASH™?
Benchmark’s Nutrition team had a mission to create a new and innovative feed that would provide a balanced equine diet with high levels of essential nutrients but without relying on grains and grain bi-products. By utilising the benefits of super fibres from soy hulls the team were able to create a truly remarkable new feed that ticks the nutritional boxes for many of our equine friends.
Highly palatable, Benchmark Perfect Mash™ is rich in natural antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and electrolytes – and importantly, despite being a great conditioning feed, it is genuinely non-heating, making it a logical choice for many horse owners.
SUPPORTING DIGESTIVE GOOD HEALTH
In yet another innovative move, our nutritionists took advantage of the hind gut digestibility of the super fibres in Perfect Mash to deliver serious amounts of pre and pro-biotics, supporting the gut microbiome and microbiota (gut flora) population.
In an industry first for Australia, we have added Melofeed®, a natural source of the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase. (SOD) As the name suggests, Melofeed® is extracted from melon fruit pulp and juice. The benefits of SOD are well proven and are documented on our website.
WHAT’S SO GREAT ABOUT SUPER FIBRES?
Apart from water, fibre is the most important component of a horse’s natural diet. Fibre is digested by fermentation in the horse’s hind gut or caecum, unlocking energy rich short chain volatile fatty acids, the horse’s natural energy source.
The digestion of fibre sources such as pasture, hay and chaff are about 40-60% efficient, meaning that about 40- 60% of all fibre is either not digested, or only partially digested and ultimately passes as waste in the horse’s manure.
By comparison super fibres, such as the soy hulls in the Benchmark Perfect Mash™ are about 75-80% digestible, meaning that much less is passed as waste and importantly more nutritional benefit is gained from each kg of super fibres fed. Super fibres also stimulate fermentation, helping to protect the delicate microbiota (micro flora) balance in the hind gut. These are also the same microbes responsible for producing most of the horse’s B and K vitamins which are so vital for the healthy daily functioning of the horse.
