"The Supervisor is the latest version of D-Rat, designed especially for bait-sensitive sites. The long tunnel keeps the mechanism and bait clear of any pets or children. The Supervisor is placed on the floor or ground. (Not vertically as the D-Rat and other traps.) The lid is opened and the bait placed. (Crunchy peanut butter is ideal.) The lid is then closed, and the trap loaded with the external lever. This does two things - makes for totally safe loading, and also indicates if the trap is sprung.
