A complete, balanced diet for both young growing rabbits and breeding stock
NRM Rabbit Pellets provide a complete diet for breeding stock and young growing rabbits and are also suitable for feeding to pet rabbits.
Feeding recommendation
All Young Rabbits: Introduce gradually from 2 weeks and then feed ad-lib.
Meat Rabbits: Feed ad-lib until 5 days prior to slaughter.
Angoras for fibre production: Feed ad-lib until 12 weeks of age and then restrict to 100-120g/day.
Breeders: Restrict to 100 – 120g/day after 8 weeks of age to prevent does becoming over fat.
Pregnant Does: Restrict to 150g/day until the last week of pregnancy and thereafter feed ad-lib.
Lactating Does: Ad-lib from last week of pregnancy until weaning (200-300g depending on the litter size).
Pet Rabbits: Provide additional fibre such as hay to add variety to the rabbit’s diet and reduce the risk of obesity.
Ensure rabbits have access to fresh, clean water at all times.
Note: At times rabbits can respond to a variety of stress factors by rapidly developing diarrhoea. If this occurs provide a good fibre source such as extra hay/straw, plenty of fresh water and temporarily reduce pellet and other feed intake. Consult a veterinarian if condition persists.

Poultry Leg Spray
This treatment is totally organic. A mixture of Cotton Seed Oil and Eucalyptus.
Instructions.
Spray oil on legs, avoiding the feathers. Saturate the affected areas. "Scaly Leg Spray" works by suffocation.
A good poultry leg spray should be applied twice a week (every 4 to 6 days) to the feet and legs for four treatments. Cleanliness and sanitary measures around the chicken coop are in order because the mites can live for long periods in cracks and crevices without feed and water.
Please keep bottle at room temperature and best used when contents is warm. If too cold the liquid will not move through the sprayer.
Do Your Chickens Have Scaly Leg Mite?
Scaly legs on chickens are caused by a parasitic mite (Knemidocoptes mutans) that burrow under the scales on the chicken's legs. The damaged tissue weeps, which is what these mites feed on.
Signs and Symptoms.
- Raised scales on the legs.
- Crusty legs.
- Lameness (severe cases).
- Can also be found on the comb and wattles.
In the early stages of the infection, the chicken will have mild irritation. It takes several months of infection before the scales on the legs start to lift.
Repeat application is recommended. You should treat all of your birds even if only one bird has scaly legs, as scaly leg mite is very contagious and it is highly likely that all of your birds will have the mite.
Scaly foot is a bird ailment that is common among caged birds and also affects many other bird species. It is caused by mites in the genus Knemidocoptes which burrow into the bird's flesh. The tunnels made by the mites within the skin cause dermatitis and scaly lesions. Scaly face is caused by the same mite responsible for scaly foot and other related mites cause depluming. The condition is transmitted from one bird to another by direct prolonged contact.

Sunflower Seed 20KG (For Horses and Hook Beaked Birds)
For HORSES:
Sunflower seeds have become commonplace in feed rooms. They are a rich source of fat that may promote skin health, a shiny coat, and perhaps even weight gain in horses.
Are all sunflower seeds the same? Of course not. Classic sunflower seeds, like those consumed at sporting events and used in the bakery industry, are non-oil seeds that aren’t typically fed to horses. Black oil sunflower seeds, are more commonly fed to horses due to their higher oil content, better digestibility, and lower cost. Black oil Sunflower seeds have thinner hulls that are held more tightly to the kernel when compared to the thicker, non-oil seeds. Thinner hulls make Black oil sunflower seeds easier for horses to chew and digest.
Are sunflower seeds safe for horses? The answer is yes, although ideal feeding rates have not been studied. Small amounts (2-4 oz/day, about 56-133 grams) are typically consumed by horses without complications and can provide some supplemental calories. Black oil sunflower seeds are even included as an ingredient in some commercial horse feeds.
Black Oil Sunflower Seeds contain 40-50% oil and are rich in omega-6 fatty acids. Omega-6 fatty acids are important for the inflammatory immune response and for cell integrity, the latter of which may support skin health. Because modern diets, especially those that contain concentrates, tend to be already high in omega-6s, the addition of omega-3s will help bring the balance of omegas into desirable proportion. To keep the omega-6 and omega-3 ratio in balance, an uptick in beneficial omega-3 fatty acids can be achieved through the addition of fish oil, like EO-3, to the diet. EO-3 contains direct sources of DHA and EPA, two important omega-3s.
The additional fat may help improve coat condition. In addition, sunflower oil is a rich source of vitamin E, a potent antioxidant. For horses that are not allowed to graze fresh pasture, it is always best to supplement with a natural-source vitamin E product, like Nano-E.
While Black oil sunflower seeds contain a considerable amount of protein, they are low in the essential amino acid lysine, which is necessary for growth. Therefore, Black sunflower seeds is a valued supplement but should not be the main dietary protein source.
Black oil sunflower seeds has become popular for supporting shiny coats and overall condition. In moderation, Black oil sunflower seeds can be a supplemental part of a balanced diet for the horse.
